<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating part with same heat insulating performance as those of a raw piece or a cut piece itself by expressing the relation between a block thickness of a core material and a cross sectional length of a laminating part of the block by a specified equation. SOLUTION: A core material 6 is formed by inserting a projection 64 provided in one block 63 worked of cut pieces into a recess 62 provided in another block 61 and laminating them together. When the thickness of the blocks 61, 63 is set to (d), then the cross sectional length L of the laminating part is the sum of the thickness L1, L1 of the edge of the recess 62, the depth L2, L2 of the recess 62, and the thickness L3 of the bottom of the recess 62, namely, expressed by L=2L1+2L2+L3. The dimension of each part of the projection 64 mated with the each part of the recess 62 is set same respectively. The core material 6 for a vacuum heat insulating material is so formed by laminating the blocks 61 and the blocks 63 as to be L>d. This lamination can minimize the heat leak in the lamination part and heat loss by convection.</p> |
