<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain uneven abrasion of a lining, vibration of a friction pad and generation of brake squeal to the utmost by preventing deformation of a caliper body due to braking torque to the utmost and maintaining a sliding property of the caliper body favourable while miniaturizing and lightening the caliper body and a caliper bracket. SOLUTION: Lug pieces on the disc turning-in side and the turning-out side of a friction pad on the working part side are locked to torque receiver stage parts 3f (3g) of a caliper bracket 3. The lug piece 14b on the disc turning-out side of the friction pad 8 on the reaction part side is locked to a torque receiver stage part 3h of the caliper bracket 3. Consequently, braking torque in the vehicle advancing and retreating directions generated on the friction pad on this working side and braking torque in the vehicle advancing direction generated on the friction pad 8 is respectively supported by the caliper bracket 3. Braking torque in the vehicle retreating direction generated on the friction pad 8 is supported by fitting a projection 14d of the friction pad 8 in a fitting hole 4g at an intersection P by drilling the fitting hole 4g on a reaction claw 4e on the disc turning-in side.</p> |
