<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an accident that a person falls from a clearance occurring between a vehicle and a platform by judging that start of a train is capable when an image similar to an image photographed in a state that the train stops and a door is not opened and by shrinking an air bag. SOLUTION: In a case that a train reaches a platform and stops, when all transceivers 3 except for those at the both ends of a train stop expected position, of transceivers 3 provided along the entire length of the train stop expected position of the platform 1 becomes into a signal detecting state, it is judged that the train reaches and stops. Even in a state that doors are closed after getting on/off of passengers, when an image of any television camera does not match with an image stored in a storage portion, it is judged that its cause is anything grabbed by the door. In this case, whether an air bag 5 should be manually and forcibly stored is judged, and when forcible storing is determined with the state of the air bag is remained in an expansion state, the operation is transferred to the manual operation at an operating portion 7.</p> |
