PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game device for a game soft ware distribution system utilizing a communication medium which can give a user an opportunity of a test play. SOLUTION: This game device has a game soft ware taking means, a game execution means and a game stopping means. The game soft ware taking means takes in the data of game soft 34 through a communication medium 33. The game execution means executes the game soft ware using the data taken through the communication medium 33. The game stopping means monitors the execution period of the game soft, and stops the game soft executed by the game execution means after a prescribed period of time. |
