PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a buckling of a projection at the time of insertion by providing a concave portion for inserting a buckling preventing jig at the time of inserting it to the projection. SOLUTION: A concave portion 14 for inserting a pin-like buckling preventing jig is provided in the inside of a projection 10 from a back surface side of a mounting portion 3c such that the projection 10 made of a rubber-like elastic material is not buckled at the time of press-fitting. Since the projection 10 is press-fitted into a hole portion 9 in a state that the pin-like buckling- preventing jig is inserted into the concave portion 14 provided on the projection 10, the jig temporarily operates as a core of the projection 10 at the time of press-fitting and thereby a strength of the projection 10 can be temporarily enhanced. Accordingly, when the projection 10 is inserted into a hole 9, it can be prevented that the projection 10 is buckled at a base portion and thereby, a press-fitting work can be facilitated.
