PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balcony plane structural body and its production method having excellent heat resistance and moisture resistance without causing peeling- off, cracking and deviation in the structural member. SOLUTION: This is a balcony plane structural body in which a balcony plane structural body is laminated with a balcony member and balcony backing laminated through an adhesive, or a balcony member, insulation material and balcony backing in this order through an adhesive. In this case, the adhesive has an elongation of at least 100% at the cutting time in a tensile test conforming to JIS K 6301 at the time of hardening, and the permanent elongation is at most 50%. Also, the adhesive is a modified silicone-based adhesive.
