CONCRETE PRODUCT AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a concrete product capable of preventing corrosion of a steel material provided at an inner part and excellent in qualities such as strengths, durability or the like, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: A substrate 11 formed with an electroconductive material is placed on a base stand 13 in the electrically insulated state through insulators 12. A mold 17 is loaded on the substrate 11 and fresh concrete 18 is filled in the mold 17. The fresh concrete 18 has been prepared by using cement, an admixing material and water, at least one kind of these components being subjected to electrostatic field treatment. A high voltage electrostatic field generator 14 is equipped at a position distant from the substrate 11 and is connected to the substrate 11 through a connecting wire 15. The concrete product is obtained by impressing an electrostatic field generated by the high voltage electrostatic field generator 14 to the fresh concrete 18 to subject the fresh concrete 18 to the electrostatic field treatment and to cure the fresh concrete 18.
