PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply hydrogen to a hydrogen stand stably by utilizing an existing facility. SOLUTION: A hydrogen manufacturing vehicle M mounting a hydrogen generating device for generating hydrogen from LPG gas patrols respective gas stands S and generates hydrogen from LPG gas at respective gas stands S and hydrogen is stored in a hydrogen tank 82 provided in the gas stands S. Therefore, the supply of hydrogen at respective gas stands S can be realized without providing the generator in the gas stands S or transporting.
