PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the working property of attachment and detachment of a cooling heat exchanger and the corrosion resistance by arranging a lower cover under the lower tank part of the cooling heat exchanger, and providing a front wall part and a locking claw piece to be engagingly locked to the lower tank part by elastic force on the lower cover. SOLUTION: An evaporator 43 in an air conditioning unit 40 is formed by alternately laminating a flat tube 43a and a corrugated fin and integrating them together by brazing in a furnace, and an upper tank part and a lower tank part 43e are provided on both upper and lower ends of a metal thin plate constituting the flat tube 43a. A lower cover 56 molded into a substantially U-shaped section by use of a resin having proper elasticity is arranged under the lower tank 43e. The lower cover 56 has locking claw pieces 56e, 56f formed on the inner wall surfaces of a front wall part 56a and a rear wall part 56c, and the locking claw pieces 56e, 56f are engagingly locked to the lower tank part 43e together with the elastic force of the resin, whereby the evaporator 43 is attachably and detachably supported.
