PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a really ideal method for solving a problem wherein red tide Gymnodium, and water bloom microcystis which become a world-wide problem are extinguished, further adsorption, precipitation, coagulation, and pressure filling, such operations are performed as natural operations by the natural laws, and consequently the water is purified. SOLUTION: Insides of seawater, lakes and ponds are purified by a method wherein pressure filling of sludge simultaneously with adsorption, precipitation, and coagulation of animal and plant plankton, red tide Gymnodinium in the seawater, and water bloom microcystis to be generated in lakes and pounds are carried out by using a particle size of a silica sand waste soil KIRA (phonetic). Adsorption, precipitation, and coagulation of water bloom microcystis and pressure filling of the sludge in the seawater, or in lakes and ponds are carried out to purify the seawater and the lake water.
