PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store a number of test tools in stacked state by constituting a test tool for fire extinguishing facilities, a plurality of which is to set longitudinally and transversely on a floor surface to collect the water discharged from a fire extinguishing head set on a ceiling or side wall, by use of a box having a trapezoidal side section. SOLUTION: A water collecting measure 1A is formed of a box 2A having an upper surface 6 larger than a bottom surface, and stopper bodies 9 are stood at four corners of the bottom plate. Handle parts 11a, 11b are horizontally mounted on the outside of four side plates 8 of the box 2A so as to be alternately situated uneven level. Namely, the mounting height of the handle part 11a is determined so that the handle part 11a of the upper water collecting measure 1A is engagingly locked with the upper part of the side plate of the lower water collecting measure 1A when the water collecting measures 1A are mutually stacked. The handle part 11b is set so that the space is formed with the upper part of the side plate 8 of the lower stage water collecting measure 1A, when the water collecting measure 1A are mutually stacked, so as to easily put the finger thereon.
