PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comfortably perform a game by a player without causing a misunderstanding as if the spring force was regulated for the purpose of success ball control by incorporating a ball shooting spring whose spring force can not be regulated on the pachinko hall side to a mounting substrate having an operation handle and a ball shooting hammer incorporated thereto. SOLUTION: An operation handle 2, a motor 3, a ball bearing 4 and a rotating force transmitting mechanism 5 are provided on the mounting substrate 1 of a ball shooting device mounted on the board of a pachinko machine. The rotating force transmitting mechanism 5 is constituted so that a ball shooting hammer 11 is rotated to a required position by a cam 5a rotated by the motor 3, and ball shooting operation is performed by the spring force of a ball shooting spring 6 when the cam 5a is further rotated. In this case, a coil spring is mounted as the ball shooting spring 6 on the part protruded to the reverse side of the mounting substrate 1 of a mounting shaft 12, and the whole of the part protruded to the reverse side of the mounting substrate 1 is sealed in a casing 1 in this state, whereby the spring force of the ball shooting spring 6 can not be regulated on the pachinko hall side.
