PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily wash a foot and recover it from fatigue by using plastic and wood as a raw material of a main body, molding a brush part into various shapes, and using woven fabric and nonwoven fabric as a raw material covering the brush part to select a degree of stimulation on the skin. SOLUTION: A main body of a toe brush is constituted of plastic and wood as the raw material, a shape which becomes a core is formed into a reverse triangle, and a shape of a handle part 16 is formed into rectangular shape. A part shaped like reverse triangle of a brush part is covered with woven fabric and nonwoven fabric. When this toe brush is used, a user grips the handle part 16 with his hand after applying detergent to a side face 14 and a lower side 15 of the brush part, inserts the lower side 15 between fingers to push it in down to a crotch part, and expands a part between fingers by an upper side 13 of the brush part. After that, he applies pressing friction from the crotch part to a side face part of a finger and washes and rubs a part from a first finger to a fifth finger sequentially according to the same procedures. Consequently, it is possible to wash the crotch part simply and securely and rub and strengthen the skin.
