PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a make-up mirror in a small item storage case to the optimum position suitable for user's face by opening a lid body provided openably and closably in an upper opening part of a case main body, pulling up a mirror body provided in the case main body, and adjusting its inclination angle variably to a desired condition to hold it. SOLUTION: A pair of guide bodies 4 are provided on an inner side of one side wall of a case main body, and hold bodies 5 at both ends of a mirror body 3 are fitted therein so as to move vertically. The guide body 4 is formed by a guide groove shaped like one-end opened square 6 and a mounting base part 7, and an elastic pressing mechanism 8 is arranged close to an upper end on one side. The elastic pressing mechanism 8 is formed by an open hole 9 provided on one side of a side shaped like one-end opened square, a mounting seat 10 continuous with it, an elastic substrate 11 fitted in it, and an elastic plate 13 having an elastic bending piece 12 extending from its tip. The hold body 5 is formed by a hold groove body 15 provided with a hold groove 14 of the mirror body 3, a grip body 16 arranged at its upper end, a cylindrical body 18 having a recessed and projecting bar groove 17 arranged at a lower end in the same way, and a travelling body 19 fitted in the guide groove 6.
