PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply bolt slip-off prevention on a piping band by a method wherein a piping pipe is held by one hand and fastening and fixing thereof are effected by the other hand. SOLUTION: A soft seat 7 of resin is arranged on the inner side of one fastening piece 3 of a piping band. A bolt 9 is caused to forcibly pass therethrough and the bolt 9 is oscillatorily held in a slip-off preventive manner by the soft seat 7. When, in this way, the piping band as supported in a cantilever manner by a fixing member 11, the bolt 9 is inclined under the own weight of the piping band and locked in a state to be hooked at the bolt through-hole 13 of the fixing member 11, and with supported in a cantilever state, operation to fasten a nut by one hand is practicable.
