PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of marking a minute region of 0.1 mm or less in a specimen, and putting a make for guiding to the marked minute region. SOLUTION: A marking apparatus comprising microscopic observation means 4, 6, an ink-jet type minute printing unit 1, specimen moving means 3, 10 for moving a specimen to a minute printing head of the minute printing unit, and a controlling means for putting a mark for a determined minute region, and putting a mark recognizable to the naked eye for guiding to the mark according to control of the specimen moving means and the minute printing unit, is provided.
