PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cutter from colliding with a paper surface at high speed by a simple structure. SOLUTION: When a cutter 28 is lowered in order to cut a paper sheet, a controller gradually increases applied voltage and applied the applied voltage to a cutter driving actuator 38. After the applied voltage for lowering the cutter, to the cutter driving actuator 38 reaches the maximum set voltage, the controller switches the applied voltage to the cutter driving actuator 38 to the specified cut voltage and then shifts to the cutting operation. |
