BLADE RING FOR AIR SWEEP TYPE ROLLER MILL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower manufacturing cost of an air sweep type roller mill and its equivalent mill and to change the direction of a flow of a mixture of fluid and pulverized material to optimize a pulverizing process and a classifying process. SOLUTION: A blade ring 1 is constituted as a polygon blade ring in the shape of connected divided bodies and is provided with at least one outer ring 2. The outer ring 2 has a divided polyhedron structure and is constituted of plural outer polygon divided bodies 10 formed of a planar metal sheet material. One or plural freely swingable guide blades 4 are fitted to the upper part, or the lower part, or the central part of the polygon divided body 10 by a pivot 25 and can be freely turned to change the direction of a flow of a mixture of fluid and pulverized material to optimize a pulverizing process and a classifying process.
