PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball controller which has a simple structure and can securely control the Pachinko ball flow. SOLUTION: This ball controller has a ball passage 3 to pass Pachinko balls B1, B2 and so forth in a row, a ball control means 4 equipped with a first valve plate 4a and second valve plate 4b which oscillate in the direction crossing the ball passage 3 centering on a rotation shaft 4e and change their positions in front and rear according to the movement of the oscillation, and a solenoid to oscillate the ball control means 4. The first valve plate 4a and the second valve plate 4b of the ball control means 4 are set so that the second valve plate is on the open position when the first valve plate is on the ball stop position and the first valve plate is on the open position when the second valve plate is on the ball stop position.
