PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check an operation for a potential human error by examining the printing operation executed immediately before by a printer device prior to the execution of a printing operation according to a command from a host apparatus so as to give a warning to the host apparatus in the case the preceding operation differs from the present printing command. SOLUTION: In the case a driver program B22a of a host apparatus B02a, which has received an answer from a printer device B01 examines the content of the answer for making a judgment. In the case the printer device B01 has received printing data via a second port B14 immediately before, the driver program B22a transfers the printing data to the printer device B01 for commanding the start of printing. In the case the printer device B01 has received printing data via a first port B13 immediately before the driver program B22a reserves the transmission thereof as well as sends an advice to a calculation control part B21. The calculation control part B21 displays a warning on a display part B25 so as to have the operator confirm the state of the printer device B01. |
