PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength of a building unit provided with a projected part. SOLUTION: This unit building is constituted of a plurality of building units 2, 3 provided with a floor and walls erected at the side edges. The upper floor building units 3 are mounted on the lower floor building units 2, and a projected part 30 extending from the upper floor to the lower floor is formed at the side face of the upper floor building unit 3a. A floor opening formed on the floor of the upper floor building unit 3a is expanded to the inside of the projected part 30. In this case, the nearby place of the projected part 30 of the floor of the upper floor building unit 3a is connected to the lower floor building unit 2a.
