PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple installation type floating driftwood and refuse pulling-up and carrying-out device capable of simply removing driftwood and refuse floating on the hydrostatic surface such as lake, swamp, reservoir, dam, etc., by means of a mechanical device. SOLUTION: This simple installation type floating driftwood and refuse pulling-up and carrying-out device is equipped with a plurality of struts 11 erected on slope such as lake, swamp, reservoir, dam, etc., a rail 12 laid on the struts and having a projected curve at the upper end, and vertically double stage track shelves horizontally overhanging inward of both right and left rail pieces constituting the rail 12. It is constituted of a conveying truck 13 for moving the rail 12, a movable truck 14 and a loading truck 15 having the front end fixing to the conveying truck 13, conveying truck rollers provided to both sides of the conveying truck 13 and rolling the lower surface of the up stage track shelf, a movable truck rollers provided to both sides of the movable truck 14 and rolling the upper surface of the down stage truck shelf, loading truck rollers 15a provided to both sides of the loading truck 15 and rolling the upper surface of the up stage track shelf, joint rod 19 connecting between the movable truck 14 and loading truck 15 in a freely movable manner, a movable pulley mounted to the movable truck 14 in a state capable of being freely oscillated, a winch 21 and a wire rope (w) wired between the movable pulley and winch 21.
