PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aqueous liquid cleanser having a high washing performance, not generating cloudiness, separation, or the like, and capable of exhibiting stable low foamability by mixing an alkali agent, a low foamable nonionic surfactant, a specific fatty acid (salt), a glycol and a builder in a specific ratio. SOLUTION: This aqueous liquid cleanser comprises (A) 0.5-50 wt.% of an alkali agent (for example, an amine such as monoethanolamine or an alkali metal hydroxide such as sodium hydroxide), (B) 0.1-25 wt.% of a low foaming nonionic surfactant (preferably polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene block polymer), (C) 0.1-30 wt.% (as a fatty acid) of the fatty acid of the formula: R-COOH (R is a 3-13C linear aliphatic hydrocarbon group or a 3-17C branched aliphatic hydrocarbon group) or its salt, (D) 0.1-30 wt.% of a glycol (preferably propylene glycol), and (E) 0.5-50 wt.% of a builder (for example, EDTA). The 1% aqueous solution (25 deg.C) of the aqueous liquid cleanser is pH 10 or larger. |
