PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular object with a substantially uniform coating film thickness which shows a good wall thickness accuracy with a low level of resin loss and is of such a shape as crown, inverse crown or taper. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a tubular object is to apply a liquid-type heat-resistant resin to the outer face of a core which is a molding die and harden or cure the liquid-type heat-resistant resin applied, until the formed applied resin layer is at least, strong enough to hold a structure as a tubular object and further, unload the tubular object from the core as a part of the entire manufacturing process. The core is of such as shape as crown, inverse crown or taper and is rotated and at the same time, the liquid-type heat-resistant resin is continuously supplied to the outer face of the core with the help of a dispenser. In this case, the supply part of the dispenser is moved at a constant velocity in the rotary axial direction of the core. Thus the supplied liquid-type heat-resistant resin is helically wound around the outer face of the core to form a coated layer with a uniform thickness. |
