PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall panel mounting structure for an installation unit capable of simply assembling itself in a short time. SOLUTION: A water proof pan 1 is formed like an approximate ash tray with its periphery formed by a flat wall panel placement portion 1a and a rising protrusion 1b located outside thereof. The water proof pan 1 having a fitting recess 1c on the opposite face of the wall panel placement portion 1a, a ceiling 2 formed in face symmetry with the water proof pan 1 and a joint fitting 11 formed in an approximate U-shape with a thrusting protrusion 11a at the end are used to hold the joint between the water proof pan 1 and the ceiling 2 in press contact with the joint of the wall panel 3 with the joint fitting 11.
