PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fuel consumption, engine performance, and engine startability so as to reduce exhaust matter by boosting up a rich mixture generated by a fuel an mixing mechanism and changed according to a condition of a throttle valve to be supplied to a differential injection valve, and directly injecting it into a combustion camber. SOLUTION: A rich mixture generated by a fuel air mixing mechanism 18 in a fuel air mixing and supplying device 10 provided along a direct injection type two-stroke engine 12, is pressurized by a compressor 14, and it is directly injected from a differential injection valve into a combustion chamber 16. In the fuel air mixing mechanism 18, fuel is sucked by negative pressure generated in the downstream of a venturi tube when air flow s passed inside, and is mixed with air. The differential injection valve 60 is opened/closed by force of a built-in spring, pressure is the combustion chamber, and pressure in a fluid conduit pipe 56. A positive pressure air signal is applied from a air outlet port arranged downstream of a throttle valve 30 to the fuel air mixing mechanism 18, and thereby, a fuel amount is changed.
