PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a compact arrangement with no sidewise extensions by locating a motor rotor and a motor stator arranged on a single straight line, in which magnetic pole portions are connected in a belt form, and to reduce the number of parts required by offering a form in which a connecting body connects magnetic pole portions of the motor rotor. SOLUTION: A connecting body 18 that can be bent and that is formed by securing magnetic pole portions 14, which are equally spaced on a motor rotor 12, to both sides of a chain 16 is installed across a drive shaft 20 and a rotary shaft 22 by way of gears 26, 28. Further, an arc-shaped motor stator 24 is placed on the drive shaft side on the same straight line as the connecting body 18. When each of the magnetic pole portions 14 of the motor rotor 12 forms an arc-shaped magnetic pole structure so that the motor stator 24 and the connecting body 18 mesh with the gear 26, the connecting body 18 makes a rotating to move.
