PURPOSE:To make an electrostatically transferred image faithful to an electrostatic charge latent image, to obtain a high quality image and to prevent or restrain a phenomenon such as 'omission of transfer' from occurring even when various transfer materials, for example, a thick transfer paper, etc., are used in the case of forming the image. CONSTITUTION:As for developer for developing an electrostatic charge image used in an image forming method provided with a stage where the electrostatic charge latent image formed on the surface of an electrostatic charge latent image carrier 103 is developed with developer so as to form a developed image, which is electrostatically transferred to the surface of an electrostatic charge image carrier 101 through transfer agent, the developer contains magnetic toner particles containing binding resin and magnetic substance, and resin particulates which are 0.01-1.0 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. magnetic toner particles and whose average grain size is 0.03-2.0mum. This invention is on such developer for developing the electrostatic charge image, an image forming method using the developer, an electrophotographic copying device, a device unit and a facsimile device. |
