摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for restraining the stuck metal, by which the sensible heat level in recovered exhaust gas is secured while efficiently melting and removing the metal stuck to the inner part of a refining furnace with gaseous oxygen. SOLUTION: A top-blowing oxygen lance provided with oxygen nozzles 13 for melting the stuck metal and nozzles 14 for blowing pulverized fine coal, is used and the supplying quantity of carbonaceous material is controlled and blown according to the flowing rate of the gaseous oxygen for melting the stuck metal, and exhaust gas in the furnace is reformed and recovered. The carbonaceous material supplying rate is controlled so as to satisfy the following equation. Wc=α.FO2.(12/11.2)/f. Wherein, Wc is the carbonaceous material supplying rate (kg/min),αis a factor (-) desided with component composition and quantity of the generated exhaust gas, FO2 is the flowing rate (Nm3/min) of the gaseous oxygen for melting the stuck metal, (f) is carbon content (wt.%) in the carbonaceous material. The recovered energy of exhaust gas generated in the furnace is remarkably improved.
