PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly measure the forward bending distance of a person who does not do exercise usually by reading the portion of a distance of bending forward in the state of a long sitting body, the moving distance of a moving traveling object sliding a rail provided on a base plate forward, by a distance display board provided in the state of being capable of freely moving the rail provided on the base plate forward. SOLUTION: A rail 2 is provided on one side of the base plate 1 and rails 3 and 4 are provided at proper positions on the right/left of a center line. The distance display board 5 is fit-inserted to the rail 2 and an underframe 10 and an under frame 6 are respectively fitted to the rail 3 and the rail 4 in the state of being freely slidable. Then, the other end of a rack plate 9 one end of which is fitted to the frame 10 in the state of being freely movable is engage-mounted in the form of entirely covering the frame 6 and a distance reading indicator showing the form of an arrow is fitted to the lower side of a side surface to which the plate 9 of the frame 10 is fitted, thereby the forward bending distance expressed at the board 5 is read. Thus, the forward bending distance of a person who does not do exercise usually is smoothly measured.
