POLYMERIC ADHESIVE, STRUCTURE COMPRISING MULTIPLE POLYMERIC LAYERS, ITS PRODUCTION AND USE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polymeric adhesive and the subject structure containing a thermoplastic halogydrocarbon-polymeric layer A bonded via a layer B consisting mainly of the above polymeric adhesive to a thermoplastic nonhalopolymeric layer C incompatible with the layer A. SOLUTION: This polymeric adhesive comprises a homogeneous blend essentially comprising (a) at least one kind of thermoplastic halohydrocarbon polymer, (b) at least one kind of copolymer of a monoethylenic monomer containing an alkylcarboxylate group, and (c) at least one kind of anα-olefin polymer modified through incorporation of at least one kind of functional group selected from the group consisting of carboxyl, acid anhydride, hydroxyl and epoxide. The objective structure comprises a layer A predominant in the thermoplastic halohydrocarbon polymer bonded via a layer B predominant in the above polymeric adhesive to a layer C incompatible with the layer A and predominant in a thermoplastic nonhalopolymer.
