PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow long-distance force feed in the mortar spraying work and to improve adhesiveness and durability by pneumatically force-feeding a mixture of cement, fine aggregates, a powder emulsion and fibers, and mixing water directly before a spraying nozzle. SOLUTION: Cement, fine aggregates, a powder emulsion and fibers are premixed and carried to a site and pneumatically force-fed, water is pressed in and mixed with the mixture before a spraying nozzle, and spray mortar is sprayed to concrete or rocks. The powder emulsion is made of a vinyl acetate-vinyl versatate or ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion, and alkali- resistant glass fibers, vinylon fibers or polyacrylic fibers are preferably used for the fibers. Long-distance force feed can be made in the mortar spraying work, and adhesiveness and crack durability can be improved. |
