PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film having excellent durability, transparency and antistatic properties for adhering to various display surfaces such as a surface of a flat CRT glass, wherein a phosphor surface side and an outside surface of the CRT glass has different curvatures, and for preventing generating of a color shading common with a colored glass. SOLUTION: An antistatic colored hard-coated film consists of a transparent base film 1, a transparent conductive layer 4 provided on one side of the transparent base film 1, a hard-coated layer 5 provided on the transparent conductive layer 4, an adhering layer 3 provided on the other side of the transparent base film 1 and a release film provided on the adhering layer 3. The antistatic hard- coated film has a colored layer 2 between any two layers or has any layer containing a coloring material. If the hard-coated layer 5 has an anisotropic conductivity, transparency and antistatic properties are further improved.
