PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter device capable of stabilizing and switching the excavation position and the non-excavation position of a roller cutter, easily and safely performing the change of the roller cutter, suppressing a construction cost and reducing a construction period. SOLUTION: A roller support member 19, and a rotating support mechanism 18 for rotatably supporting the roller support member 19 on a cutter spoke 4 are provided, and since a roller cutter 15 is constituted to be switched to the excavation position and the retraction position by rotating the roller support member 19 through the rotating support mechanism 18, during bedrock part excavation, a bedrock part can be suitably excavated by the roller cutter 15. During soil and sand part excavation, the roller support member 19 is rotated to the retraction position of the roller cutter 15 through the rotating support mechanism 18 at the time of change of the roller cutter 15, so that the roller cutter does not make hindrance for soil and sand excavation, and the change of the roller cutter 15 can be safely performed from the inside of the cutter spoke 4. |
