PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the annular groove of a main roller from being worn out one-sidedly, and let each wire have the lead of one pitch every winding of the wire. SOLUTION: Three main rollers are formed out of two pressure contacting side rollers 12a and 12b located at the end part of each wire row 16, and of a lead roller 12c located down below, and an annular groove G is formed around an axis in the outer circumferential surface. The two pressure contacting side rollers 12 and 12b are disposed in parallel with each other, and the lead roller 12c is obliquely disposed with respect to an axis parallel with the pressure contacting side rollers 12a and 12b, and let each wire have the lead of one pitch in a space interspaced from the pressure contacting side rollers 12a and 12b. |
