摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold in a single step with excellent shock resistance by adding and dispersing inorganic fibers and organic fibers at a ratio of a specific range to and in the inorganic fibers as reinforcing fibers in a thermoplastic resin of a composite material. SOLUTION: The fiber composite molding comprises a hardware resin made of a composite material of a thermoplastic resin and reinforcing fibers. As the thermoplastic resin inorganic fibers and organic fibers are added and dispersed as reinforcing fibers. At this time, the organic fibers of 5 to 50 pts.wt. are added to 100 pts.wt. of the inorganic fibers. In a molding manufacturing apparatus 12, first the inorganic and organic fibers of the reinforcing fibers are supplied from a fiber supplying forcible feeder 14 to a barrel 13 of a two- shaft same direction rotating extruder 12. Thereafter, the inorganic and organic fibers are dispersed in the resin, and extrusion molded together with the resin. Thus, a fiber composite molding having stretchability and excellent shock resistance can be manufactured in a single step.
