PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoforming method to obtain a molding improved in transparency and rigidity with the use of polypropylene, which is an inexpensive homopolymer, and others. SOLUTION: A sheet produced from a polypropylene resin of 1.5-4.5 g/10 min melt index by a sheet apparatus is softened at a surface temperature of 120-164 deg.C. The softened sheet is molded at a plug and mold clamping speed or a mold clamping speed of 250-600 mm/sec and under a pressure of 5-50 kg/cm2.
