PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize the quality of the melt kneading of a plurality of kinds of resin having difficult points in miscibility by providing a melting section a melting relaxation section, a kneading section and a kneading relaxation section on a plasticizing zone of a screw. SOLUTION: A screw 2 is divided into four processing zones namely a material feed zone 11, a compression zone 12, a plasticizing zone 13 and a metering zone 14. The plasticizing zone 12 is formed of working sections consisting of a melting section 15, a melting relaxation section 16, a kneading section 17 and a kneading relaxation section 18. A clearance between a heating cylinder 1 and a screw shaft section of the melting relaxation section 16 is enlarged by contracting the shaft diameter. A screw flight is divided into a rear screw flight 5 for feeding and compressing a molding material and a front screw flight 6 for kneading a molten material provided with the screw pitch between the first half of the melting relaxation section 16 and the metering zone 14. The melting of an unmelted material in the molten material is accelerated by the melting relaxation section 16 with its latter half having no flight by dividing the screw plate. |
