PURPOSE: A method prevents a reverse running of a vehicle when a shift lever is in a drive range of an automatic transmission by detecting the rotating direction of vehicle speed sensors. CONSTITUTION: At first, the rpm(revolutions per minute) of a transfer driver gear is calculated. Then, a direction according to a vehicle speed reed waveform is perceived. A vehicle speed reed rpm is calculated. If a shift is implemented, a signal is transmitted to a shift controlling part. If the shift is not implemented, whether a creep occurs or not is decided. If the creep does not occurs, a signal is transmitted to an ordinary controlling routine. If the direction of the creep is an advance, a signal is transmitted to an advance creep controlling routine. If the direction of the creep is a reverse, a signal is transmitted to a reverse creep controlling routine. |
