PURPOSE: A driving control device of a vehicle is provided to prevent an accident resulted from a blast or a storm by detecting the blast or the storm around a vehicle and controlling a wheel motion. CONSTITUTION: A steering control device comprises: a detecting part(10) of wind velocity and intensity to be equipped respectively on both sides of a vehicle and to detect a wind velocity and intensity; an ECU(20) to compare wind the velocity and intensity applied to the left side with the wind velocity and intensity applied to the right side, and to output the control signal of wheel motion; a drive(30) to output the signal of wheel motion and to include a first drive(30a) and a second drive(30b); an actuator(40) to include a first actuator(40a) connected with the first drive and a second actuator(40b) connected with the second drive, and to control the wheel motion by generating the pressure as the signal, wherein the detecting part comprises: an ultrasonic generator(11) to generate the supersonic waves including the fixed cycle; a transfer part(12) to transmit the supersonic waves into a guide part(13) guiding the air; a receiving part(14) to receive the supersonic waves; a modulator(15) to modulate the supersonic waves into the pulse.
