PURPOSE: A speed sensitive type steering force controlling device of a vehicle makes an optimum steering force according to the variation of a vehicle speed by applying a braking force on a steering inside mold system if the vehicle speed is increased over a predetermined speed. CONSTITUTION: A speed response type steering force controlling device of a vehicle comprises an operating arm(16), a fixing arm(17), a cylinder, a stopper(14), a solenoid valve(10), an ECU(electronic control unit) and a speed sensor(VS). The operating arm(16) and the fixing arm(17) are connected through a hinge(18) for surrounding a steering inside mold system(5). The stopper(14) restrains the distance of movement of the fixing arm(17). The speed sensor(VS) outputs a speed perceiving signal by being connected to the ECU. Thus, an optimum steering force according to the variation of a vehicle speed is provided.
