PURPOSE: A dielectric composition for ceramic condenser and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to form a dielectric composition of a ceramic condenser satisfying a JIS standard and a Q value more than 2000. CONSTITUTION: The dielectric composition for ceramic condenser comprises is a main weight portion of 100 formed with 1.3MgO·TiO2 of 4-61 mol%, CaTiO3 of 6.5-86 mol%, and Nd2O3·2TiO2 of 7-33 mol%. The dielectric composition further comprises TiO2 weight portion of 0.01-2. The dielectric composition further comprises a bismuth oxide weight portion of 0.01-1. In a method for manufacturing the same, fine powder is formed by mixing, drying, and pulverizing the dielectric composition for ceramic condenser. A binder is added to the fine powder. A molding body is formed by performing a pressing process. A firing process is performed under a temperature of 1320-1390 during 2-4 hours.
