PURPOSE: A clutch grip controller prevents gearshift shock generated by the difference between engaging timings of clutches. CONSTITUTION: A clutch grip controller comprises a first clutch(10) and a second clutch(11), a modulation valve(20), a direction switching valve(40) and a flow amount control valve(50). The first and the second clutches(10, 11) are switched to get gearshift to the first speed and the second speed respectively as the discharged flow amount from a hydraulic pump(P) is selectively supplied. The modulation valve(20) is installed between the hydraulic pump(P) and the first and the second clutches(10, 11) and controls the flow amount of hydraulic oil discharged from the hydraulic pump(P) and supplied to the first and the second clutches(10, 11) to gradually increase the gearshift pressure of the first and the second clutches(10, 11). The direction switching valve(40) is installed between the modulation valve(20) and the first and the second clutches(10, 11) for the gearshift of the first and the second clutches(10, 11). The flow amount control valve(50) controls the flow amount supplied to the second clutch(11) through the direction switching valve(40) or the flow amount discharged on the disengagement of the second clutch(11) to control the filling time of the second clutch(11) to overcome the difference between the filling times of the first clutch(10) and the second clutch(11).
