METHOD FOR PUTTING ON PATTERN IN ARTIFICIAL MARBLE

PURPOSE: A method for forming patterns on artificial marble by using patterned nonwoven fabric is provided to prevent a printed part from getting dirty or being separated from the marble and serve naturally figured artificial marble. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the following steps of: (i) spraying transparent synthetic resins(10a) made of unsaturated polyester, epoxy, acrylic acid resin and gel coat, to a mold and hardening the transparent synthetic resin at 45-65deg.C for 35-45min; (ii) applying transparent synthetic resin(10b) on the hardened synthetic resin and adhering patterned nonwoven fabric(20) to the transparent synthetic resin promptly before applying transparent synthetic resin(10c) thin to the nonwoven fabric and hardening at 45-65deg.C for 28-35min; (iii) applying the resulting transparent synthetic resin(30) a fixed thickness of artificial marble composition and hardening before removing the patterned marble from the mold.
