PURPOSE: A leveling valve of an air suspension for a vehicle maintains the operation of a leveling valve smooth by using a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A leveling valve of an air suspension for a vehicle comprises an integral type rod(61), a piston type valve(63) and a valve body(65). The integral type rod(61) and the piston type valve(63) are moved up/down by the up/down movement of a vehicle shaft(53). The valve body(65) opens/closes an air exhausting passage(68) and an air providing passage(66). The piston type valve(63) exhausts or provides air to an air spring(51) such that the leveling valve(60) has simple structure. Therefore, the leveling valve(60) and the air spring(51) are stably operated under any running condition.
