PURPOSE: An urea grease composition is provided which has improved wear-resistance and heating inhibition properties and increases durability of joint or bearing and effectively prevents degradation of rubber. CONSTITUTION: The urea grease composition comprises: (i) urea grease containing 2-35 wt.% of urea as a thickener; (ii) 0.5-8.0 wt.% of sulfurized molybdenum dialkyl dithiophosphate represented by the following formula (1); (iii) 0.5-10 wt.% of zinc dithiophosphate represented by the following formula (2); and (iv) 0.2-7 wt.% of borated amine. In the formula (1), each R1 and R2 is a C1-24 alkyl group, m is an integer of 0-3, and n is an integer of 1-4, where m+n is 4. In the formula (2), R is a primary ethyl hexyl.
