PURPOSE: An offset collision reinforcing structure of a vehicle absorbs an impact generated on the offset collision of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An offset collision reinforcing structure of a vehicle comprises a front side member(1), a bumper stay(20), an impact beam(30) and a reinforcing panel(50). The front side member(1) protects an engine room on the front and the side collisions of the vehicle. The impact beam(30) stands against a front collision. The reinforcing panel(50) is bent to protrude outside to directly receive an impact applied on the collision of a front corner portion. Thus, a corner portion weak to the offset collision is reinforced and a joining strength is elevated to stand against an impact with a larger rigidity.
