PURPOSE: The structure of a CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) receiver using many correlators is provided to combine outputs of the correlator, so as to enhance an efficiency of the correlator without increasing sampling frequencies. CONSTITUTION: A receiving code generator(21) generates slow code signals and fast code signals of a receiver. The first correlator(22a) and the second correlator(22b) multiply the slow code signals by receiving signals, and multiply the fast code signals by the receiving signals, then accumulate the multiplied signals as many as processing gains. A code phase estimating unit(23) couples outputs of the first correlator(22a) and the second correlator(22b), and generates a phase difference of transceiving codes. The third correlator(22c) multiplies receiving code signals generated in the receiving code generator(21) by the receiving signals, by using outputs of the code phase estimating unit(23), then accumulates the multiplied signals as many as processing gains. A code phase difference compensator(25) inputs the outputs of the first correlator(22a), the second correlator(22b), and the third correlator(22c), and generates a decision variable by using the code phase difference.
