The invention refers to the medical and veterinary virology, especially, to revealing and evaluation of the antirotaviral antibodies. The proposed method consists in revealing the antirotaviral antibodies during the agglutination inhibition reaction by means of diagnosticum and in determining the antibodies titer by using the staphylococcus diagnosticum containing the protein A sensibilized by specific immunoglobulines.
