PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thickness direction conductive sheet which is for electrical and mechanical connection in the thickness direction to surely perform electrical connection even in the case of a narrow terminal pitch, and which has electrical insulation with adjacent terminals and can be manufactured at low processing cost. SOLUTION: The thickness direction conductive sheet 1 has conductive isolated terminals 3 on one or both surfaces of an adhesive insulating sheet 2 in positions opposite to each other or not. In thermal compressing bonding with a body to be connected, the conductive terminal 3 sinks in the insulating sheet 2 by softening thereof and can have conduction with the opposite side thereof, and simultaneously adheres to the body to be connected. The conductive terminal 3 is formed by etching a both-side roughened foil. |
